We hired T.H.E. Remodel Group for a 2nd floor bedroom addition. They raised the roof, cantilevered the house out 5 feet and finished the attic/storage room space. From the beginning, Steve exuded transparency and trust and worked with us to get us a competitive quote within our budget. The project got started in the beginning of February and took less than 2 months to complete, which is what they quoted. They met timelines despite one snow storm and several other rainy/snowy/subfreezing temperature days! Their project manager, Michael, is phenomenal and made sure things, like the roof, got done ahead of weather events even if it meant working on the weekend! Everything from the quality of the craftmanship to the professionalism of the contractors, to their back-office process was top-notch. We also want to acknowledge their back-office staff, Angie and Dayna, for their responsiveness with the invoicing, project updates, and any time we had a question. We couldn’t be happier with the end-result. Steve really runs a professional, well-oiled machine. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Michael, the construction manager, checked in regularly to make sure everything was on track. Denise and Mikey came in to help when needed. And Erich was here every day – early to late – working hard and smart to make my vision come true. It’s not easy to have your life in upheaval for a month, but this group made it a pleasure, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

Communication couldn’t have been better throughout. We finished on time and on budget. I’d definitely call them again and I’ve been recommending them to everyone.
